We sold our property in Weiti Views in April through Charlie. At the time we spoke with various Real Estate Companies who all told us we would get around $840,000 for our home. When we spoke with Charlie we were impressed with his professionalism and enthusiasm for what he does, and even though Bayleys fees were $6000 more than the others, decided to go with Charlie. He's so passionate about what he does, we were convinced he would do his utmost to get the most our house was worth for us - and he did. We were blown away with the $980,000 sale price. We were so grateful that we made the right decision to give Charlie the agency.
We were on a cruise at the time but Charlie kept us updated via telephone, email and text, ensuring we always felt in the loop of what was happening. He also arranged and met with a House Inspections Company for us, and dropped off documents to our Solicitor, so he went beyond the scope of just selling our property.

I secured the services of Charlie Cochrane in the sale of my property at 97 Elan Place, Stanmore Bay in March 2019. Prior to signing Charlie I also got a Registered Valuation and two other appraisals from local high preforming Real Estate agents.
